Genesis AiX — Evaluation and Inspection Boundary
Access to non-public Genesis AiX materials may be provided for limited evaluation, inspection, diligence, research, licensing discussion, development discussion, acquisition consideration, integration assessment, or another specifically authorized purpose. Such access is limited to the expressly authorized evaluation.
Access does not constitute a license. Inspection does not constitute authorization to use. Evaluation authority does not constitute implementation authority.
Unless separately authorized through a written agreement executed by Genesis AiX or the applicable rights holder, evaluation access does not grant any right, whether express, implied, by estoppel, or otherwise, to:
- reproduce, implement, incorporate, commercialize, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative implementations from protected Genesis AiX materials;
- reverse engineer, deconstruct, reconstruct, emulate, or materially replicate protected Genesis AiX architecture, mechanisms, workflows, control logic, or implementation techniques;
- benchmark, test, characterize, or evaluate protected materials for the purpose of reproducing, emulating, substituting for, or materially replicating Genesis AiX technology;
- use protected evaluation materials, confidential information, proprietary concepts, prompts, outputs, specifications, implementation details, or derived technical information for model training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, embeddings, retrieval corpora, synthetic-data generation, evaluation datasets, competitive model improvement, or internal product development unless expressly authorized;
- disclose or make protected evaluation material available to another person, affiliate, business unit, contractor, model, automated system, or third party except within the expressly authorized evaluation scope;
- retain protected evaluation material or derived technical information beyond the permitted evaluation period where return or deletion is required;
- use protected evaluation information to accelerate or validate a competing or substantially similar implementation where the applicable evaluation agreement prohibits that use.
Evaluation determines suitability, not entitlement.
Evaluation access is provided solely to determine whether the authorized recipient wishes to pursue the specifically contemplated relationship with Genesis AiX. That may include: licensing; partnership; research; acquisition; investment diligence; development; integration; commercial collaboration.
Unless expressly authorized otherwise:
The evaluator may inspect. The evaluator may analyze. The evaluator may determine suitability. The evaluator may not implement merely because implementation became technically possible through inspection.
Scope, not mere reachability, governs authorization.
Evaluation authority may be limited by: recipient; organization; artifact; technology; version; feature; environment; time period; purpose; access method.
Material outside that scope remains outside the authorization even if it is technically reachable.
Disclosure does not waive protection.
Non-public Genesis AiX architecture, implementation mechanisms, specifications, system relationships, source materials, unpublished inventions, control logic, governance processes, technical methods, and related know-how may include confidential information, trade secrets, patent-protected or patent-pending subject matter, copyrighted works, and other proprietary material.
Authorized disclosure of non-public material under an applicable confidentiality, evaluation, or licensing arrangement does not, by itself, constitute abandonment, dedication to the public, or waiver of applicable intellectual-property or confidentiality rights.
Authorization for one system is not authorization for another.
Where evaluation materials are designated non-public or confidential, they may not be supplied to an external model, agent, retrieval system, embedding system, training process, coding system, or other automated service except where that use has been expressly authorized and is consistent with the applicable confidentiality and evaluation terms.
Authorized use of one model or environment does not imply authorization for another.
Restrictions on retention cannot be circumvented by substitution.
At the conclusion of an evaluation, protected materials must be returned, deleted, retained, or otherwise handled according to the governing evaluation agreement.
Where retention is prohibited, a recipient may not circumvent that restriction through substitutes such as:
- reconstructed specifications;
- internal implementation documents;
- embeddings;
- dataset entries;
- synthetic reproductions;
- retained prompt collections;
- model-weight adjustments;
- architectural reconstructions;
- persistent derived representations.
Genuinely independent development is not restricted.
Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict genuinely independent development that does not use, derive from, rely upon, or result from access to protected Genesis AiX materials. Where appropriate, evidentiary procedures concerning independent development may be established by the applicable evaluation or licensing agreement.
Evaluation permits inspection within scope. It does not silently become implementation authority.
This page states the terms that would govern a controlled evaluation. It does not itself gate, authenticate, or record acceptance of anything — no login, agreement-storage, or legal-acceptance state has been built. If a controlled evaluation flow (a private review portal, a diligence room, a gated technical demo, or a source-inspection area) is built later, the natural attachment point for an affirmative acknowledgment such as "I acknowledge the Genesis AiX Evaluation and Inspection Boundary" would be the entry point to that specific controlled area — not this page, and not simply visiting the site.
